They are reselling grey market keys from OEM/Volume licenses that could be shut off by Microsoft at any time for abuse. As a matter of fact most of these keys already do not work and you can see people complaining about this on sites like trustpilot.

Just because it worked doesn't mean it's legal or complies with Microsoft's terms of use. Try calling Microsoft and tell them where you bought the code. See what they tell you about the validity of these codes.
