Good for beginners and some women I suppose based on max weight. Looks like a good product....maybe my wife would use this more than that dust collecting treadmill.

Bought these a while back and they were great at first, but then the weights started occasionally sliding off while in use. It's dangerous and they're very annoying to get back on. I plan on trying to fix mine at some point with a 3d-printed shim or something, but looking at Walmart reviews, other people have had the same problem so keep that in mind.
