Not saying this is a bad deal, by super misleading that the MSRP on title for this non-wifi unit should be $299 instead of $549.

Wow I spent $380 on the wifi version 4 months ago. Jealous of this price especially since I left the wifi off on my unit and see the app as basically useless (for me).

Wow I spent $380 on the wifi version 4 months ago. Jealous of this price especially since I left the wifi off on my unit and see the app as basically useless (for me).

Can u give me some insite to why wifi is useless? You leave it on all the time? I wanted the wifi version especially since the 400s bigger model was around 370 or 380. Not sure if non wifi 300 will be best for me. My room is small 12x16 so either is okay.

Yes, the 400s was $382 back in March. It works really well. The WiFi features are not necessary but are useful. I've been away from home and able to adjust the schedule to keep air circulating better.

I leave all of my Coway's on Automode 24/7. If the sensors detect more particulates then it will increase fan speed.

I have the Costco winix in all the bedrooms. Need a bigger unit for the living room / kitchen. How's this unit? Are filters washable. Are they expenisve to replace?

Well what would you need from the app that you can't do physically? It shows pre/filter life right on the unit and I just change the speed of the unit right on it or leave it in auto mode. Usually just leave it on medium mode they're mostly set it and forget it besides cleaning the pre filters every week or 2.
