Separate from that, for smaller sizes you'll find better pricing still from Nordic Pure, who manufactures their filters in the US and is well regarded.
Also note that MERV 13 may be too restrictive for older or cheaper air handlers and can cause performance/longevity issues with your system. If you don't specifically need MERV 13, go with whatever makes sense based on your personal/household situation. And most importantly, change out your filters every 1-3 months depending on how often your system is running. I just moved into a house with a heat pump (so it runs most all year) where they hadn't changed it in a year and basically no air was getting through.
