A Dream Come True Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old and reside in the Continental United States at the time of entry and either be able to receive IVF or have a partner who is capable of receiving IVF.
The Giveaway begins on August 1, 2022 at 8:00 AM CT and ends on August 31, 2022 at 5:00 PM CT (the "Giveaway Period").
Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Entry Period.
One grand prize will be awarded. Grand prize winner will receive the opportunity for a fertility journey through the Aspiring Parents as detailed herein. Prize includes: i) two retrievals (for reciprocal female couples 2 retrievals from either partner (if desired, could be same individual twice); ii) if needed, egg lot of 6 frozen donor eggs, with the donor being selected through EDC or another platform used by the applicable egg bank; iii) unlimited FETs. If a reciprocal female couple, FETs may be into either partner (based on physician recommendation); and iv) $5,000 grant/allowance to use for any services not covered by Sponsors. If grand prize winner or his or her partner or spouse is not capable of receiving IVF treatment the prize will be forfeited and no other prizing will be provided.
Twenty-Five (25) runner up prizes will be awarded. Each runner up prize winner will receive a complimentary new patient consultation with a fertility expert valued at up to $350.
