I don't know how this isn't higher. You can't find a better deal on a laptop with a 3060, and as far as it being a refurb it's really not an issue because it comes with a 2 year warranty. A new one is only 1 year if I'm not mistaken.

I wonder if the USB C port can charge the battery as these have a weird snap in charger

This does not support Power Delivery charging via Type-C.
