PC version is new and launching in August 12th. Besides, Sony is the company that raised their first party games on PS5 so I wouldn't expect much bargain from them. I'm waiting for a better sale myself down the line.

Not presently, and I doubt it ever will. The PS5 remaster is treated as a separate game, and requires owning Miles Morales to even buy, or download if you get the Ultimate Edition.
