To receive your kit, provide your 12-digit account number in the field below. This account number can be found on the upper right-hand corner of your electric bill.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your kit to arrive from order placement.
Residential customers of FirstEnergy's Pennsylvania utilities are eligible to receive an energy efficiency kit. There is no fee for this kit and it will be shipped directly to your home so you can begin saving energy and reduce your utility bill.

LED lightbulbs
LED night-lights
Furnace filter whistle
and other valuable components

The costs of energy efficiency programs are recovered through customer rates in accordance with PA Act 129 of 2008. For a complete list of commercial, industrial, residential, and low-income energy efficiency programs, please visit energysavePA.com
By participating in these energy efficiency and peak demand reduction programs, customers agree to allow their utility to retain ownership of all Capacity Rights which refers to the demand reduction associated with any energy efficiency and peak demand reduction measure for which incentives were provided by the Company.
Your utility will aggregate these energy efficiency demand reduction attributes into the PJM capacity market with proceeds being used to offset the program costs.

Just curious if anyone knows...
Also, located another recycle old appliances that still work. you get a refund check in the mail for getting rid of old refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers and mini frigs in working condition,
they haul away the appliances and there is no replacement appliance provided.
Maybe good for someone whom has some old working appliances they want to get rid of and do not need to figure out how to dispose it. Then, they go and buy new appliances,
