I had to use this recently and it was a godsend. I can't imagine cleaning the oven without it.

This stuff works good to whiten up old yellowed one piece tub/showers and surrounds. Only use the fume free blue can stuff though, regular will mess stuff up.

The heavy duty version would probably work. But you have to be careful because it will eat aluminum and maybe some other metals. I wouldn't spray on a gas stove top, but you might be able to spray on a cloth and wipe if you don't touch the burners.

I use the "generic" one from the 99 cent store (for 99 cents a bottle) and it seems to work the same for me.
