I think your confused with the Name of the bank 'CITI' . It doesn't mean they will open beach in every "CITIES" . We are some unfortunate where we do not get blessings for seeing Branch in our city 😉
I guess the previous offer was far better . Which I did $50,000+ for $700 bonus.

I just tried and got the same error. Any idea why? have you been able to resolve it?
Update: 3 browsers and incognito nothing worked. Called in and had it open over the phone with promo code.
