As someone who just bought all these 3 in the last couple of weeks, the Ridgid one if you can get at $19.98 in some stores is the absolute best. The hart toolbox is a soft plastic , DeWalt is a bit better and the Ridgid is much better built.you can't go wrong with the ridgid
While I believe this is a decent price for these boxes, they are usually this price. They are very durable and I like placing the foam in them to shadow tools. I have been able to place my Dewalt 12v driver, impact driver, reciprocating saw and 4 batteries in one box, as well as bits. I will likely buy more in the future as my inventory increases.

I got the DEWALT Tool Box with wheels TSTAK V.1 and wasn't very impressed. I wonder if the TSTAK II version will be coming out soon. The V.1 didn't seem like it would hold up with a lot of use... Very cheap wheels and the handle design felt like a weak point that would fail.
I liked TSTAK system size as its easier to fit in the back seat of a car vs the tough box size that pretty much need to be in the trunk (if it will fit) or bed of a truck.
I have the TSTAK tote with a TSTAK Deep Drawer attached under that i use for all my electrical tools and connectors and its great.

As i said some stores were offering it for $19.98. I bought 5 of them. Keep checking the home Depot site and try various stores around your area
try zip 85022 for an example

Went with the rigid! Military discount got me an additional $2 off! Thanks for the recommendation.
saw a review, said "adapters" on etsy, but out of the box no
tstak is compatible with craftsman versastack, though
DeWalt could make a killing or one of these 3d printing companies can make a killing creating adapters to make non-Tough System tools boxes fit on Tough System boxes.
I have the Toughsystem 2.0 rolling kit from the Christmas sale and some tough system 1 stuff that is compatible....but would love to get some adapters from a reputable shop to make the other stuff fit.

If you are just looking for a box and aren't locked into the Tstak system, you might want to consider this Ridgid alternative: https://www.homedepot.c

Sort of strange Dewalt would make 2 different stacking systems under the same brand.
