...here in the Austin, TX area, they're not quite up to our weather.
Within a year, the straps that the buckles are connected to began to disintegrate from the sun/heat. The buckles came shortly thereafter. My wife replaced both of those.
This year, which I think is 5 years from purchase, the elastics that are used to gather the sides have stretched out and begun disintegrating.
I have a Classic Accessories cover for my Weber Performer Premium grill (it's the 22" kettle in a rolling cart). This cover is specifically designed for this grill:

As you can see, this cover has a peak where the cover makes contact with the handle of the grill. Mine is 4 years old, and just a couple of weeks ago, the cover tore right where it contacts the handle.
These have lifetime warranties, so I'm going to see if the warranty is actually worth anything.
Suffice it to say, if you live in a hotter part of the US or possibly near the ocean and its saltier air, you can expect them to need replacement in 4 to 5 years.

I had one of their coat covers and the antenna poked through the cover. They honored their warranty and repalced it.
