Not supporting companies that do this is a start, but eat the mac and cheese if you really want.
Would definitely choose Annie's over Kraft. Taste is good for the kids. Usually add butter and milk into the mix to make it even better.

I try not to give Amazon any business either. It's hard to not patronize so many places with crappy worker treatment, but I try. There's nothing else much an individual can do.
