Yeah no reason a brand new tablet will "slow down within a month," I have the older model and have been using for over a year with no issues at all...so this one should be even better

Edit: Spoke too soon, it's Snapdragon 720G now, which is better but at $250 if you don't care about OS or pencil then go for the iPad. I bought the 2020 model for $175 and luckily traded in for the Tab S8, it slowed down within a month.

I have the older model, use it with the included pencil for taking notes in class and watching movies/shows. The screen leaves a bit to be desired, but it's a great tablet overall - have not had any slow down issues.

I agree. I've had the S6 lite and gave it to my cousin. He loves it. It doesn't slow down. I've had the S7 over 1 year and it's wonderful. I can't even tell if these things slow down because they're fast.

If you guys wanna play the eBay game, I was able to score a regular Tab S6 (not the lite) 512gb Version with 8gb of RAM for $264 shipped. It's honestly amazing and my son and I share it with kids mode.

if you want the S pend experience, or simply a decent tablet that has a good pen, you can't beat this price. there's nothing in this price range that can match this if you need a good pen.

i bought this 6 weeks ago from Dell, they delayed it for 5 weeks and then last week cancelled my order. so i'm jumping on this now.
