Got mine. It's beautiful. In regards to the screen, yes if I look really closely and get up close I can see the pixels/digitizer pattern. However, I can say the same thing about my desktop monitors being able to see the pixels if I look real close. Certainly if you get a 4k version those will be smaller and less noticeable. I'm going to keep mine, it doesn't seem like a big deal. As others have said, this is most apparent on white or gray backgrounds. On backgrounds with color you cannot tell. I compared it to my two year old HP Spectre, and I cannot see the digitizer on the Spectre even with a 1080p screen but on this I can.

I did a video playback test. I did a few hours and the battery was on track to last about 8 hours at 50% brightness for a 4k Youtube video.

Mine was just delivered about an hour ago. I do see the same thing in my screen especially on white backgrounds for the pixel/digitizer pattern thing. It is something I might be able to deal with. I'm trying to decide on if this 2.8k screen resolution paired with the 90hz refresh rate and bigger hard drive is worth keeping it over waiting for the 4k one I still have on order that I was just about to cancel.
I would imagine the 4k display should be much less noticable for the pixel/digitizer pattern and I'm sure battery life would be similar if using 90hz on this one.
I'm unsure if I go the one route like one person said they did about getting an exchange to see if the next one will be better with the display digitizer thing.

Bigger hard drives are usually faster as well, not that they're not all plenty fast. This is also the OEM version of the Samsung 980 pro so top of the line.

Yeah I think I would of not noticed it really if not reading about it too.

I've been in the market for the perfect thin and light laptop for a few months now. I think this checks all those boxes for me. I actually loved it. It is beautiful, is very fast, has great speakers, and has a very capable touch experience.
Unfortunately, my unit's touchscreen stops working when in tent mode. Lenovo has no clue how to fix it and they don't have a replacement available as it's sold out. My only choice is to find another love like this.
