Usually, it will ask you if you want to proceed when you click the list in the post, to go to the external website. It is always a tracking link, so SD can get paid.
But for shill posts, like this one, you have to go through the tracker just to see the post. Probably so they can charge the advertiser for the number of views, etc.
For this product, there are a lot of similarly priced items on Amazon. And then you don't have to deal with Newegg.
