I found the system requirements and list of supported graphics cards for Adobe Premiere Pro here :

They support stuff like Nvidia 970 and Radeon even Intel Iris Xe
The list of AMD cards on desktop is shorter but they do have 6600 XT and up listed.
So based on that list and what they support this card is probably more than good enough.
what kind of video editing are you talking? Just editing some of your home videos ? Or is it a gift for someone whos a pro ?
