Just bought another 4. It gives me a warning if i buy same quantity to check if it is a duplicate mistake order. So, i changed to 4 instead. Definitely not targeted.

I did 2 orders seperately and they were $15 each

There is no $15 card. It clearly says minimum $20 when you try to buy$15 specifically

Steps to replicate this deal on Website :
1. Click on the link posted by OP (should show the $20 GC priced at $15 for the Red gift card)
2. Do not make any different selections than what was pre-selected as part of OP's link
3. To your right, select the quantity of cards you plan on purchasing
4. Click "Buy Now" and sit back and enjoy the action as it unfolds. Should probably ship in a day or two Smilie

Yeah. I just did not want to risk it changing the price since it threw a warning page before charging my card.
