I think the $20 is a front-end limit, not a back end one. I don't think theres code at gift card activation that says "all gift cards must be $20", I think that check takes place at the product page and this mistake just gets around that frontend limitation

Take a screen shot of the product page where $20 is highlighted. If it's not $20 when you get it, and Amazon doesn't make it right, report it as fraud to your credit card company. Don't let them get away with it.

I tried viewing from cart and "Buy it now." It works with "Buy it now" but not the standard going through the cart to checkout.

Looking at the reviews that say there was no balance the majority of those look like they are from 2018. Looking at most recent reviews, almost all are positive.

Worth a gamble it think they will just be $15 cards but to me it's same as buying stuff off amazon and I would just redeem on my account while watching tv
