So I guess it's YMMV kind of thing. If you get a good CS rep, and they note it in your order, you will have a luck getting some money back if you get Only $15 value.

Just look at anything you have bought at a discount in the past the red field just shows the price you paid per unit item. It never shows 20-5 like you indicate
