That's just what you see in the front end. The back end is still $15.

Why do end users have to care about BE or FE stuffs lol? We only should care about what we see on the page

Think I'm going to keep the order of 5 cards and maybe contact Amazon for $10 courtesy credit and cancel the other order I made. I will spend the $75 pretty easily lol

Could it be that they aren't loaded with the value until you purchase? Since these cards don't say how much they're worth physically anywhere just the design.. maybe whoever packs these are the ones that scan into the system what they're worth.. unless amazon just has boxes of these with the denominations on the box or something so packers can grab them from each accordingly... just having a discussion though as i cancelled mine like many others that don't feel its worth dealing with

dandeals made a PSA as well confirming it's $15 and to cancel
Don't cancel. Fight. Worst comes to worst I will do a chargeback. Let Amazon deal with unhappy credit card company.

Some one Dan's deals said CD told him it's supposed to be a $5 credit after 72 hrs. Where does Amazon CS come up with these answers?

Maybe people like you want people to not cancel orders so that they all get stuck with $15 gift cards that they paid $15 for, if we are randomly speculating.[/quote]

In what way do I benefit from people being on the hook?

It is not about sweating a few grand, it is about getting shipped a product with $15 loaded on it instead of $20. Lots of people have been showing that they are just $15, and lots of people do not want to have funds locked in Amazon gift cards at face value since it is easy enough to just cancel the order now instead.
Nobody has shown that they're only 15. Not a single person.

That being said, it's no risk for almost everyone here who buys stuff on amazon

Have you seen any evidence that people are receiving $20 gift cards? Or are just choosing to ignore all the various people with various account ages and post histories showing evidence that they are $15, when it was clearly a price mistake with nothing suggesting that the cards are $20. Even the denomination on the product page is listed as "0" and not "20".

Maybe people like you want people to not cancel orders so that they all get stuck with $15 gift cards that they paid $15 for, if we are randomly speculating.

Most of posts who got $15 cards just saying they got them and no proof, but their is 1 screenshotshowing the chat between the poster and a cs that confirmed amazon is sending out $20 card. It is hard to believe both sides man 😂 but I chose to believe the guy who posted the screenshot for now

What happens to the ones shipped to Amazon locker if we don't pick it up? Would the money be refunded after the item is taken back??

I wouldn't chargeback on an amazon prime chase card. It seems like that they will send $15 cards and say that's how much you bought, that's what you get.
