Looks like they've caught on and reduced the Sam's deal to $25 gift cards (max 10) for $23.98 each. At least that's what I show online. In club the offer may still be available

Sam's usually sells both denominations; the $100 pack just tends to go in and out of stock.

I'm having the same issue so I checked the terms. To get free shipping, the "value" (merchandise total) must be no more than $75, but the total purchase price has be to above $49, before tax and shipping. This is not possible for my order.

Those terms are straight up ridiculous lol

But for how much I'm ordering and saving $5 isn't breaking the bank and I still come out on top
