I ordered on the app for an 11:30a.m. pickup. I get a 1/2 hour lunch and 12:00 is just too busy there. I arrived at 11:25 and my food was not ready until 12:15. I was trying to get a refund and leave. The manager made me out to be unreasonable for not understanding they were in the middle of some kind of eco audit. 45 minutes for a burrito. Apparently also right before I put in my order someone entered a 100 item order through the app. No one was getting their online orders timely. I wanted a refund and to go through the line (there was no line).
They can't refund to a gift card. They offer an entree coupon with a 1 month expiration, can't be combined with other offers. What about my drink? They offered me a free guac coupon, again, it can't be used the same order as the entree. I didn't want a guac. I wanted my gift card refunded, they said no. That's some shady stuff.
