Digital only and small storage are the cons, otherwise it's a great console for what it does. Quick resume and gamepass are huge for me.

I got the S in March for $250 and regret it. limited to buying digital games only is a HUGE set back. Almost everytime I see a game I like "on sale" it's typically cd or S version not available... the 3 year gamepass for $100 was the only selling point for me which is cool.

Man, why are prices dropping for the S only?

Got mine last summer from Dell, $380 for the console and wireless Xbox headset, so $20 saved. Great machine, especially for someone using it for Gamepass.

Allow me to flash back for a moment.... "Genesis does...."

On a more serious note, I think the Series S deals are going to start coming up more regularly now that the Series X is becoming more widely available.

Always look forward to deals with gold for digital. You also get discounts for games as a game pass member, all Xbox 360 and OG games stay in your library after your membership runs out so ensure you grab those even if you don't download right away they stay in your library.

Amazing for older games GTA IV boot time is amazing. Bully looks remastered, have been playing old games on it and am amazed at how upscaled and "newer" old games look now.

Too bad it's mainly a 1080P machine for newer games. I know it's advertised as a 1440P system but that's mostly for less graphic intensive games. I just can't see it age well until the end of the console cycle.
