do you think you have enough 'solar' and 'lights' in the title? there's enough room for a boatload more in the description, i reckon.

the price is certainly attractive, the reviews look good, although close to 10% are one-star.

Its good. Was better. Last week was $22.09. Props to SD'er WDC that mentioned it in a thread.
I got a few and they have been in service for about half a week. I like them enough that I might get more, but Amazon's algorithmic price bump is annoying enough to maybe not.
In 100% motion only mode the light only stays on for a very short time. Like less than 20 seconds.
The always 10% brightness plus 100% brightness with motion mode does pretty well. I have one south facing and it has been working strong 4 hours after dark.

One negative of these is that the sensor can not be pointed directly down if you have it mounted high up on a wall. The anchor is part of the panel and it does not swivel. The solar panel and the first light that has the sensor are together as one piece so you can only point the sensor slightly downward.

I just saw your post after I ordered these yesterday. Its a bummer because I plan to mount it high-up (on the top of my screen porch in the backyard) as a security light. The position of the sensor is critical to detect motion below and attached to the solar panel that points upward is a challenge.

the ones I have mounted high still detect ok if you are directly below. Its just that the overall detection radius suffers. You have to be fairly near to being under the light to trigger it.

One more plus of this light is that it appears from the Q and A in the listing that the battery is a 186500 which would make it replaceable if the installed one poops out.

Thanks OP. I had purchased another outdoor solar light unit last year but never installed it when I heard that it didn't work well after getting wet. However I did end up getting another Otdair model for $3 more which has a slightly more compact design.
