I was just replying to earlier comment asking if 21fe was eligible for trade in and someone suggested in Q&A stating it was eligible.( even though it not listed in promotion docs)

I showed the rep and his supervisor/ manager the website even which states you tradein later at fulfillment of the order but they wouldn't budge.
I don't mind doing the trade in today because i have a backup device I could use. But I'm concerned if something else goes wrong or the order is delayed indefinitely or something like that I'll be stuck without a phone for a long time. 2 weeks is okay 1-2 months not really. What if they mess something up. And the order is screwed up. Like I show up to pickup the phone and it's someone else who says oh no buddy we take the phone now not when you ordered. Then I'm dealing with more shit.
