A guy comes in , says this promo is valid only for carrier upgrade and these are credits.
I showed him the page somehow convinced that it is not carrier credits. Now he says he cannot give me the activate now price. I asked him to check with other people. Then he comes back and says he can give the price with trade in but I need to submit my trade in now. Phone will be delivered 2 weeks later. I got irritated and left.
Day 2: there is another guy at counter he says he cannot do activate now and tradein both together.
what the hell Bestbuy , atleast give proper training to everyone so that everyone talks same.
Finally I did not get the deal. i gave up.
Will try another bestbuy over the weekend
