This Deal (i.e. the Samsung elevated Trade in Value promo) is only valid in store only. . .that means you have to order/purchase the new phone in store + trade in the old phone, in store, at order/purchase time (can't hold onto your old phone until store pickup on this deal).

Also, this Deal, i.e. the TIV Promo, is also good towards purchase of Galaxy S22 series phones, and S21FE as well!! You can get paid for trading in a used S21 for a new S21 FE How to get paid

Traded in a TW iPhone 11, TIV of $400 for the S21 FE today with out of pocket cost of $150 + sales tax. Dunno if I'm gonna hold onto it for the next Samsung release trade in or just resell or return to BB for $499 since it's rung up as $549 - $50 coupon.

Maybe for the gift card portion. What about the coupon portion. Surely they won't give you back a gift card from a coupon.
I think most agents just assume that it was straight up trade. It is not the case with these Samsung promos.

Careful with that. Several reps told me that the samsung $500 voucher is not refundable but the $300 gift card amount is. In regards to an s21 trade in for an s22.

it was an even exchange for me. chose to activate unlocked 128GB s22 ultra with my carrier to save another $100. just had to pay tax.

the way they did it was to refund with the promo deal and use the promo deal toward the new phone.
