* Call corporate while in the store. I had a manager trying to tell me a 10% off mover's coupon didn't apply to Apple merchandise when it clearly stated in the terms it did. They just make things up, they don't really know what's going on half of the time. I had a corporate supervisor set them straight on speaker. It was extremely satisfying.

it looks like u can get it for free s22 ultra 128GB unlocked with the promo trade in if you upgrade your current line. $899.99 plus tax and upgrade fee

I activated phone via T-Mobile. I am not even primary account holder. If you need my story I will write it once I go home
I went to other BB location, the person knew what to do and did it right away. The problem now, since I was not the account owner, he did not want to do through activate today, got to be activate later, unless I had a full access to the account or the account owner came with me. I said they didn't ask for that when I did the first trade in. He said he couldn't do it. I so asked the account owner to give me the full access to the account.
After that everything went smoothly. He ordered the Flip 4 for pickup in store since they didn't have it in stock. After using the $92 BB gift card that I received from the first trade in, I paid around $43.
