This was on a phone that graded out as a "B" quality from a seller on ebay and that I would have graded as "very good" to "excellent", myself (looked as good as my own phone, honestly).
Other guys at BestBuy have turned a blind eye to much worse damage and even bad screen burn, a missing sim card tray, and missing s-pen (not all on the same phone) have passed.
