These taste great, but I don't understand how they can claim to be protein bars with only 10 grams of protein and 14 grams of carbs. I'm in for a box for a pre workout snack where I need some carbs for energy. If you're looking for maximum protein, these are them. But if you need some quick energy before working out or as a breakfast snack, these are great. Thanks OP.

I like these but haven't tried this flavor. I like the dark chocolate peanut and the caramel flavors. They have 10g of protein, 5g of fiber and not too many calories so they are decently healthy

IMO this is more of a slow-release breakfast/snack bar rather than something for working out. But these things don't leave me feeling hungry shortly afterward, which is more than I can say for those protein powder-based workout bars. Chomping through some nuts makes you feel like you're eating something more substantial.

Pretty good price, too. I buy them at Sam's Club, in packs that work out to 50 cents per bar, and they only have one flavor.

I wish they'd say it was gluten free on the package itself. General Mills labels Cheerios as GF (which they are -- ehhh -- most of the time, kinda) but not this?

These taste good, I get them quite often when they are on sale onside the dark chocolate ones.

They are just a fun carb source ad a snack imo, they have ok protein for being a granola bar I don't count them as protein bars.
