Yeah. They are saying there was an error on the system. More like they can't procure the product they advertised. I'll never do business with them again.
Ordered one for shipping from Grainger and got cancelled today, but also ordered one for in store pickup after realizing it wasn't far from the house. Picked that one up yesterday. Not a tool I really needed but ended up playing with it to cut some 1 3/4" roll cage tubing. I was impressed with how quick it went through compared to the chop saw a friend was using before. Gonna sell the 4ah battery to make the deal sweeter.

If you order something from Grainger that is in stock, 999 times out of 1000 you're going to get it. Their product availability and order fulfillment is typically very exceptional.
But if the item you want is back-ordered, then timing and availability is up to their supplier and if they can't get it from them, then you're not going to get it either. Sometimes I think that companies shouldn't even let people place orders for back-ordered things because of the higher potential for disappointment.
