Seems more or less the same specs. HP has a better display (higher resolution and nits).
Thinkbook is a better processor... Ryzen 7 6800U.

A Vega 6 in a 5600h actually outperforms (~20%) a Vega 8 from a 3500u. This is because the 5600h uses a smaller fab, and clocks the cores to a significantly higher frequency as a result. This makes it very difficult to compare the "same" GPU, even in stock configuration, as most benchmarking sites don't distinguish between these different "identical" configurations.
