This is the best lightweight (2.2 lbs) higher end configuration I've seen so far. Has WQXGA display, 16 GB ram and WiFi 6e, should be very future proof.

The 1920x1200 screen resolution on the Costco one is perfectly fine on this size display for my use case. If configuring one at HP, I would skip the $30 upgrade to a 2560x1600 screen.

Correct, no touch.
I was trying to get it for my college kids, without touch screen, they don't touch this one.
