They have the same kit with a m18 SAWZALL instead of the grinder for the same price.

It has been like this all the time. On the page, you either get the option to add the free tool (non fuel) or the 5Ah XC 18650 battery which is being replace by the new 6Ah HD 21700 battery. We must resist to only get the ones we need. Or get the full set on some big event to avoid buying too many tools. I ended up with the set of brushless and fuel. I am not even close to weekend warier but rather a tool lover.

I just got the m18 fuel grinder with a battery from home depot for $90 after returning the second battery. I don't think I could ever find that del again. I do need that drill though.

That's.. not what's happening here. OP posted the listing with the plain drill, @kaljer posted a different listing where the drill's a hammer drill.

This is not one of the deals where an additional 'bonus' battery or tool can be selected.

This is awesome. Went with the hammer drill version. My drill was the last major tool non Milwaukee/M18, and to get 2 more batteries is awesome. Angle grinder a nice bonus as I didn't already have one.
