They are receiving tons of complaints about users not able to check in, the checkout process sending users in the loop, the site not working for a lot of people with ShopRunner, removing code during checkout, not applying promotion, not applying gift card pretty much all sorts of issues.
I finished my call with their rep and she informed about all these issues and they are trying to resolve them.
For me, I couldn't able to place the order, she asked me to remove all the saved information from my account, including CC details, GC details and then, I tried and it went through, but she informed me that they are still having lots of issues.
