For those keeping score:

$4.49 for 10.5 ounces = $0.43 per ounce X 16 = $6.85 per pound

You draw your own conclusions but no matter how you look at it this is a rather high price to pay for just over a half pound of cookies, not to mention that a one-ounce package is a very small serving size.

Oreos $3.99 for 14 oz = 0.28 per ounce x 16 = $4.48 per pound.

We've been trying to reach you concerning your vehicle's extended warranty. You should've received a notice in the mail about your car's extended warranty eligibility. Since we've not gotten a response, we're giving you a final courtesy call before we close out your file

Shout outs to our all-star math champs that calculated cookie price per pound. Not all heroes wear capes (but they do evidently eat cookies!)

Interesting, not sure if you're agreeing or casting doubt on what I've said, or making my argument for me.

I will add, taking your numbers as correct, the Oreos in your example are half again cheaper per pound than the other cookies.

Again I'm not saying either cookie is cheap or expensive, that's up to the buyer to decide. I should also add that cookies can be had at a far lower price than $6.50 or even $4.50 per pound.
