I finally received an invite this morning for just the unit (499.99) and unit with a bundle game (549.99). I ordered just the unit and it was delivered a couple of hours later. I am in the Indy area. My grandson will be super excited! The emails were delivered to my in box around 3:00 AM.

I was on amazon invite for both the no game and bundle ps5's for months, I was talking to a guy at target in the games area, he said he added like 20 games and controllers to his wish list on amazon where he had done the invite, and suddenly a few days later he got the invite.

I sorta dismissed that as chance, but thought ok it's free lets try it, and YEP 3 days later I got the invite here finally, could it have been chance again yes I guess so but I had the invite in on my wife's amazon and my amazon at the same time originally, but she hasn't got an invite yet.

So since it's fast easy and free to add like 20-30 games controllers whatever in your wishlist for ps5, and you have an invite in place, give it a try - i can't say for sure how it works exactly but for that kid at target and now me it sure seemed to work...
