I wouldn't unless yours is not functioning well. There are a few new features but no killer apps. I assume most people use it for the fitness tracking, text messages, control your phone. I have an Apple watch 3 and was more than happy with it but the glass cracked and it wasn't touch sensitive anymore was controlling it with Siri. I just replace things when they become unusable or if there is an amazing deal/feature upgrade on it; I don't see any major innovation in iPhone or apple watch now or on the horizon.

Probably not. 6 to 7 was an incremental update. If it were me I'd keep the 6 (it's excellent) and wait to see if they add any features you want in the 8 or even the 9.

It was cameras for awhile, Face ID. BUT yeah what's next? Can't think of anything spectacular.
