The lowest I've seen was $115 from a non-Amazon place about a month ago. I'm personally waiting for 1/2" version, but this price didn't seem too bad.

This is a smoking deal. This model is the new monster compacts, meaning compact size but puts out mid torque numbers and even then in the upper range of mid torques. If I didn't already have the makita version of this I would have jumped all over this. Oh yeah, this puts out more torque than the makita I bought 3 months ago for about same price and is actually smaller in size. I should have waited just a little bit longer, but oh well. I'm happy for you guys that didn't already have one and can jump on this deal.
