Not really a great deal. Between the overheating, weak wireless connectivity, and poor battery life I don't think it's worth this price. Google Tensor and Samsung Modem seems to work terribly together. You might as well get the 6a and save money for the same experience.
I have a regular pixel 6. The fingerprint reader sucks. And the connectivity issues are definitely there. But that doesn't happen enough for me to get two aggravated. But the fingerprint reader is just terrible.
This is true for Pixel 6 as well. It rattles badly from the top of the phone. So weird.
You're probably hearing the OIS lenses banging around as you shake them. Being phones, I assume they're designed to withstand being shaken. But it doesn't seem unreasonable to be able to hear them hitting their limits while being shook.

Weird. I don't have any of these problems. I did have a fingerprint scanner issue but found out it was the screen protector. Switched to another and everything works great. The battery life is great, better than any phone I've had.
So bought mine during Prime day and ultimately decided to return.
Most of the issues have been fixed so I haven't faced the hardships that other have. But fingerprint scanner definitely wonky, phone definitely gets hot and signal definitely underwhelming. Also it just wasn't as snappy as I was expecting, from multitasking to photo taking. Look it's not unbearable by any means but I was expecting remarkable and it just wasn't that. Camera was really good, not perfect as night photos still struggled more than I expected.
It's also pretty hefty and coming from a Pixel 3a that obviously was jarring.
What did I like? The screen. That 120hz is smooth and i think really helped the phone seem faster. Battery life was good for me as well. Android 13 really helps this phone also.
I feel like Google could really just learn from all the bad here and make the 7 great with a refined Tensor and a better modem. I thought about ultimately keeping it to trade in but I got a 6A on the trade in deal with buds and I like it more (mainly size, miss wireless charging).
I currently have the 6pro. No issues with overheating, wifi, finger print scanner is quick even with my screen protector. Only issue is connecting via Bluetooth to older devices. Sometimes connects sometimes it doesn't.

I just shook my s22 ultra and you can hear it as well. It's not as bad as my pixel 6 pro, though.
I SUGGEST YOU ALL make sure this 6a receives and makes calls where you need ASAP. I live in rural OR and just did a 60 mile radius test on rural highways with phone on dash.
Whereas my Motorola and even my cheap Nokia 300 from Tracfone get signal in 90% of that zone I regularly drive - the 6a lost signal in 80% of the same rural areas on the same sim.
For me very sad because I love the camera - but this is totally unpractical for me. Too late for me to return so this will be going on ebay soon...
