Are you insane? Walking amongst plague carriers for a half hour vs spending 5 minutes to get your car loaded up?
Some grocery stores require a minimum order total or charge a fee for pickup.
Exactly. I am retired but my time is still valuable and would rather not spend it walking around some store.

I absolutely love curbside pickup everywhere.

Target is by far the best. Say you are on the way in the app, and it will be ready when you get to the parking lot.

I want to understand this "Free Store Pickup" thing. I have seen that in several posts. Why does it need to be mentioned? Are there stores that charge you extra for picking it up yourself?

Can you eat these on a plane if someone has a peanut allergy? My last flight had no snacks(nuts) because they said someone has an allergy and we only got beverages Frown I fly for the nuts!

What's the reason / rational though? Why would anyone pay even 1 cent for pick up? I'm going to the store and picking it up myself. The store is not delivering it to my home or car etc. The store is just bagging the item, not doing anything extra, same as it would have if I had walked in the store and started step 1 of shopping there. What's the charge for then? Just trying to understand here.

They pay someone to do the picking for you and they love passing the savings on to you.
