Many times I have ended my family plan, added cards like these, then switched back to the family plan and whatever the conversion rate was still made it worth it. Haven't done that in a few years though because it was somewhat of a hassle

Would this lose anything from any members accounts (playlists, etc.)?

No experience on my part, but I wouldn't think anything would be lost, since all members still would keep their Spotify accounts, they would just be converted to free status temporarily.

What is the conversion rate if you apply this to an individual premium and then turn it into a family plan? It's not 1:1 (12 months for 12 months) is it?

I was able to get two of these cards from Sams Club south of Atlanta. I have a premium single account. These are a fantastic deal with a single account. I got the last two. I've been checking the gift card counter since I saw the prices get reduced. Haven't been able to replicate this in over a month
