Price goes down to $899.99 when you sign in. It's definitely not the best oled out there, but Its a great deal on a 65" 120hz oled.

Only difference between this and the lower 9000 model seems to be 120 refresh rate. Was hoping this one would be brighter as well but does not appear to be the case

Never heard of Skyworth. Is this a Chinese knock-off using a B-Grade LG or Samsung panel, or is this something completely new? Just curious...

Still a nice price, even if that's what it is, as long as it doesn't have any major flaws.

LG Display supplies all OLED panels. So I'm guessing maybe some lower grade ones off the assembly line that can't achieve as much peak brightness?

I think that was true until recently. Looks like Samsung is now making some QD-OLED panels for TVs...

I seriously doubt that is what is in these TVs though. Probably LG B-grade screens would be my guess.

Skyworth is one of the major tv brands in China that is now just starting to move into the US. This tv is very simmilar to an lg a1

Its not going to be as good as an LG c1 of course. But it will look way better than any other 65" TV you can get for this price.

If they shipped herre I'd buy a 65 for the bedroom. I've had the regular XC9000 for months, and it's been fine. I owned a Skyworth in the early LCD days and it was a great TV, there'd be no hesitation on my part.

I've never heard of the brand, store or the state. I'll pass.

I'd be more worried about the processing/software than the panel itself. It took ~2 years of updates for the Vizio OLED to become an acceptable TV and this will probably have even less support.

1080p (or 1080ii) better looks fantastic. 720p on down less so. The logic is code signed between them and TCL.

Apps run smooth. The only real issue I've noticed is if you turn off quick boot to force YouTube and such to make new video selections if sometimes hangs with audio only on shutdown forcing you to turn the TV on and off again.
