I just bought the 65" so that's going back. Ships Sept 6th so you have plenty of time to think about it. Recent firmware fixed a lot of issues. I'm using my 65" right now and having no issues with VRR or HDR.

Comes with 3 year warranty, might be a price mistake. This thing retailed for 3K+ and was just recently on sale for 2K. This is over 50% off for a TV with 3000 nits brightness and over 700 dimming zones. One of the best deals recently on a TV. Also comes with 3 year warranty.

I'm not sure. Just ask the agent for a manager. Luckily my manager kept in touch with me so I didn't have that issue hopefully a manager can look into your reference #

Got a text from the freight company on the evening of 8/29. TV delivered on 8/30. Weirdest part was the charge appeared and then dropped off my CC two different times. As of today it's posted again and looks to be finally over.

I did speak with the manager about this incident and I have the screenshot of the chat and he said that employee lacks of training and that is why he made a mistake ….
