I just bought the 65" so that's going back. Ships Sept 6th so you have plenty of time to think about it. Recent firmware fixed a lot of issues. I'm using my 65" right now and having no issues with VRR or HDR.
Comes with 3 year warranty, might be a price mistake. This thing retailed for 3K+ and was just recently on sale for 2K. This is over 50% off for a TV with 3000 nits brightness and over 700 dimming zones. One of the best deals recently on a TV. Also comes with 3 year warranty.

I spoke with a agent that he said he can price match it once the item is delivered but they gave me a reference number as well. I ordered another for full price a few days ago. right now, i spoke with another agent , he said he did not want to honor it by saying the previous agent made a mistake. I have already set the TV up already because i thought i have a reference number which means it should be good.....how do you talk to the manager? chat or phone?
I'm not sure. Just ask the agent for a manager. Luckily my manager kept in touch with me so I didn't have that issue hopefully a manager can look into your reference #

I did speak with the manager about this incident and I have the screenshot of the chat and he said that employee lacks of training and that is why he made a mistake ….
Yes . I have the chat transcript but the manager blamed the agent lacks of training and nothing they can do. They can just offer free return and $100 gift card once they they receive it …
Talk to a different manager, and keep doing it until one agrees with you
