I have this ready to be pasted because anyone who was underwhelmed by using a bidet needs to try...
The bidenima.
Disclaimer: I do not know the health ramifications of this, but I have been doing it daily for years and I still have normal poops, so take this as you will. TMI warning.
I put the bidet on full blast and allow it to inject water into my anus. Doesn't matter if you leave it on there too long, it will only put in so much, not like it's gonna blow you up like a water balloon. Then you turn it off and push all the water out like you're still poopin. As you're pushing that water out, it brings with it all the little bits of poop left in there that you couldn't get out. Pinched off too early and can't get the rest out? This'll do it. Constipated? This will do it. Taco bell got you wiping like you're wiping a marker? This will take care of it.
To anyone who has been enjoying bidets for years and hasn't tried this, I invite you to come to the next level. It was life changing. I feel so clean every time now.
Don't forget to do the "swirl dance" after. Wiggle around so the spray gets all the bits around the edge clean. I normally do a couple bidenema's and make sure I'm flowing clear before doing that last wiggle clean. I rarely have anything showing in the tp when I dry off using this method. You're welcome.
P.s. I dont have a nice bidet like the one in this post. Just $30 Amazon ones. However I am thinking about upgrading.
For anyone on the fence about getting a bidet, get off the fence and buy the bidet.
If not the fancy plug in ones, the regular ones (around $30) that just T in fresh water from the wall without heating it works just fine. You'll get used to the cool water really fast. One of those life changing items that I wish I knew about sooner
I have both. Have had them for a couple years by now. Both still going strong. I like the 6800 better. Better fitment, works nicer and uses a remote as opposed to the panel on the side. Would have gotten two 6800s if not for some ridiculous sale which made the A7 less than $150 after tax. I forget how much exactly it was, but it was too cheap to pass up

Anyone know how this compares to Costco's 6800 model?

Bought it last time around and broke down in less than a week. Company does not accept returns because of nature of product so they offer to repair. Doesn't seem to be a lasting product. Water pressure is mediocre. Nice warming seat and blower.

Do you have a recommendation for the one without plugging in? I don't have a power outlet near my toilet.

I didn't have outlets near my toilet either but I did on the other side of the wall. It only takes $30-40 in materials to add an outlet if another is close by.
I got this one to add to a Lotus ATS-500 I'd previously purchased. Overall, I like the Lotus better; it regularly sells for about $40 more than this.
The Lotus has a better dryer (though don't get your hopes up-- bidet dryers are notoriously weak) with adjustable temperature. It also has a better range of "aim points" in my experience. I have to set the A7 all the way forward and sit back on the seat, while I use the second-from-rear setting on the Lotus, and my wife wonders how that works for me, since she sets it two or three settings forward. I suspect the A7 wouldn't work at all for her, though she hasn't tried it. I haven't had it that long, but it doesn't seem to work quite as well as the Lotus in general.
On the plus side, the A7 has two user-preset settings (though again, probably wasted on us) and a nifty LED lightbar. It also has a bowl nightlight, but it doesn't seem that useful, particularly with the lightbar already dimly illuminating the room.
