Slickdeals makes money by auto-converting all links posted by users into affiliate links. You click a link, it goes to an affiliate/tracking site (sometimes 2 or 3), which forwards to the actual link. If it's a store, that means SD gets commission on anything purchased there by someone clicking that link.
Some of the affiliate sites occasionally go down. Some of them are also a bit shady, so if you're running an ad-blocker or privacy extension, that can also break the links as many of those block these affiliate sites.
Whenever I encounter a problem, I just:
Click reply to the original post to reveal the original link as text (not necessary in this case since it's short). It's the stuff starting with http, ending before [/URL
Manually highlight the text URL
Right-click it
Select Open Link in New Tab.
That will open the link without all the affiliate garbage SD adds.

I haven't had much luck with the adhesive on these inside cars (on the dashboard to attach electronics).
The high heat melts the adhesive into a fluid that spreads and makes a huge mess.
I wouldn't use this outdoors or indoors in any direct sunlight or where the temperature might be high.
I bought this exact velcro before, except in black. Same size (4" x 2"), same 'industrial strength' and same holding power (10lbs). I'm not sure what you are asking but I pulled apart one of the unused pairs and took a picture of it so you can see for yourself:
Thanks for that. The ones you took a picture of have one piece that's soft and fuzzy and the other is all plastic using a hook/loop type plastic. The ones I've had in the past that were industrial strength had both plastic pieces that snaps in together similar to a button snap just in a miniature scale. (maybe like a ziplock baggie seal) These held very well for a long time and didn't loosen over time with repeated use due to the fabric side getting loose or fraying.
Could someone share some examples of things to use this for?
I got the exact same one at Target a while back but I was sort of confused about how / where to utilize it. It was a rather large black velcro pad and I feel like it wouldn't be very discrete and would stand out like a sore thumb unless whatever object you're hanging up totally conceals it. But maybe I was misunderstanding how you're supposed to use it?
Does anyone have examples of things they might hang with this?

I have used it to:
mount a USB hub or a external drive on the backside of a monitor or laptop screen
mount a powerbank to a plastic enclosure which holds a custom build circuit board
stick headphone drivers on a Quest 2 headband near the ears
mount a metal towel holder onto the front of a refrigerator
Buying the name brand (Velcro) on this item is one of the few times that I have found it to be important. The generic versions have terrible adhesive and the 'velcro' is also not nearly as good.

Excellent ideas. I used to secure my Apple TV on the wall behind my mounted bedroom TV, and for extra support I just screwed in a piece of scrap metal underneath it. Would have been fine without the support, but would rather over-do with a $150 Apple 4K at stake.
Also Velcro-ed my living room TV Immersion light bars inside my open cabinet below instead of placing on top at the sides for a much cleaner look.

- Indoor security camera. I don't have to drill anymore.
- Couch legs. Used anti-slid pad before but didn't work. With this, it never moves again.
- Dining table legs same idea as above.
- Tool rack in a garage. I used it to hang light weight stuffs.Works well.
- PS4 camera on top of the TV.
If you're lazy like me, tons of ways to use it. In for 2.

The 1 pack is 4 FOOTx2"
So 2.6' vs 4' isn't exactly complicated to see why you're wrong.
