Seems like it. not listed anywhere on the Target site but Walmart shows 55/45. any time there's a moisture wicking description, usually around 50% of it is poly blend
polyester should not be in any type of underwear. it's unhygienic. you definitely don't want moisture to wick to your pants. where else is the moisture going to go? either to your pants or back to your skin. I don't understand why any company would make any type of underwear that had any amount of polyester in. it just doesn't make any sense.
