Anti-bacterial ≠ anti-biotics you're thinking of. The ingredient that interacts with bacteria in this is a salt that interferes with cell wall stability & other functions.
yeah, I have to wonder if they've somehow managed to use soap wrong.

I've been using foaming soap pretty much exclusively for almost a decade now, and I can't stand normal hand soap anymore.

Yeah. This Dial stuff is trash. Bought once when it was my only option.

It's ok.
Doesn't suds up as nicely as some other soaps, takes a long time to rinse clean off hands, sucks dispensing from dial's original dispenser (drips like honey from the spout after the main glob of soap is in your hand), scent isn't anything sophisticated or upscale, doesn't pull dirt of dirty hands as well as even some bar soaps, nor moisturizers as well as other moisturizing soaps like Jergens pump.

Probably cause they didn't use a foam pump?

Why is this mentioned here as a deal? I just bought yesterday Dial coconut water & mango soap refill 52 oz for $4.97 yesterday from Wmt to dilute and use it in foaming hand soap bottles. Price can be checked on wmt site.

Anti bacterial causes drug resistant bacteria. Normal soap is enough

The hate is real for this stuff.

I have another scent and use it in my kid's automatic foam dispenser. Works pretty good
