You dont need to, but unlike me who dont have dandruff with specific shampoos then get dandruff with specific shampoos as well i find it better to stick with this. but for you probably not, just get one thats best for your hair.

In 8th grade my head was super itchy. One of my friends said you need some head and shoulders dude! Been using it non stop ever since. Works as it says,

Prescription ketoconozal is better though. Or non prescription is good too

Just a side note, I hate these pumps. It pushes out way more shampoo than a normal person would need and its hard for me to try for a partial stroke and get less. The smaller squeeze bottles end up lasting longer for me as I can squirt out just what I need Stick Out Tongue

when on coupon I think the Costco bottles are around $10 but they are 10oz bigger
